Villa Baladewa is one of four villas in a discrete development in a quiet part of Umalas. While the villa is in a peaceful area set amongst the rice paddies, it is only a 10 minute drive from the fashionable Seminyak area and beach,a 20 minute drive from the Nirwana Bali Golf Course, 25 minutes from the airport and walking distance from Umulas riding stables.

The villa was designed by Bali’s renowned architect Popo Danes and is built in a contemporary style, using local Balinese materials and is designed to blend in with the surrounding countryside.

The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.The layout of the villa makes it ideal for a group of friends or families with children. The living and dining area is open and has views over the pool, garden and rice paddies.The villa has a modern fully-equipped kitchen. There are steps down from the living area to the tropical landscaped garden, which has a large swimming pool surrounded by teak decking and sun loungers.

The villa is staffed with a well-trained chef, housekeeper and gardener. A driver and car are available.

Bedrooms Villa

Master Suites
The villa has two large master bedroom suites. Each suite is furnished with high quality colonial style teak furniture, king size beds and large en-suite marble bathrooms with oversized baths. There is a large walk-in closet in each suite. In the upstairs suite there are large sliding doors that lead on to terrace with seating and a sunset view over the rice paddies. The garden suite has two sets of sliding doors, one leads onto the pool decking and the other leads to a terrace overlooking the garden.

Double Room
This room features a queen-size bed, en-suite shower room and walk in closet.

Twin Room
This room is annexed to the living area and ideal for children. There are twin beds and an en-suite shower room.

the Rates
Based on a minimum stay of two nights.
US$ 550 per night for up to 8 adults.
20% surcharge apply during High Season: Chinese New Year, Easter, and July 1st to September 15th plus Xmas & New Year (December 20 to January 10).
Reduced rates may apply for smaller groups, low season stays or bookings of 14 days or more.
A baby cot high chair is available free of charge at time of booking.
